"Thank YOU" Mathew O’Sullivan (HLS Healthcare National Service Manager) who attended a gantry hoist failure outside of work hours in Windsor, on Thursday evening, 7th December.Exceptional customer service going ABOVE and beyond, with a GREAT understanding of the disability struggle that had him responding to an emergency call out from a family gathering when he could have left it to the morning as other service providers would have.I am VERY grateful for the kind-hearted souls who truly CARE, It has been a journey coming to terms, with my world turned upside down on September 21st 2021; that led to 2 plus years in hospital (rehab gone WRONG) and where I am now not walking and dependent on hoist transfers due to negligence!Lack of bariatric, lipoedema/lymphodema expertise and/or understanding, sadly I faced discrimination and judgement on top of the lack of appropriate bariatric equipment, and also, bariatric care to effect rehabilitation, which would have had me walking in the water at Seaford Beach again, Christmas 2021!Mat you are a SUPER hero in my world, and won me as an HLS customer for your diligence, and extensive equipment product knowledge!
