ABOUT THE HOST

Born on the Mid North coast of NSW and growing up in Castle Hill Sydney Australia, Nick identified early that he wanted to be a leader. This was usually in the form of the class clown, however upon graduating high school, Nick had to grow up.

Married at 20 to his high school sweetheart, his wife Melissa supported him as he ascended through various promotions and relocations. Sydney to Brisbane and Brisbane to Melbourne where Nick and Melissa bought their first business.

Together they built the business from a one-man operation to more than 30 people, with offices in 3 states of Australia and have turned over more than $100,000,000. Today Nick and Melissa have a growing portfolio of businesses and are driven by the impact they can have on people and their life!

Having spent virtually his entire working life in the Healthcare industry, Nick has amassed a huge amount of knowledge on a broad range of healthcare industry related topics. He loves to challenge the status quo and drive change through collaboration and partnerships.
